Chef Tyler Thomas is the owner and founder of Roosevelt's Catering. Born and raised in Birmingham,Alabama he found a love and passion for cooking at a young age.He attended Johnson and Wales in Charlotte, North Carolina where he graduated with his culinary arts degree.
